NIGERIAN CYBERCRIME WORKING GROUP
The NCWG is an inter-agency body comprising law enforcement, intelligence, security as well as ICT agencies of Government and key private sector ICT organizations.

It was established by the Federal Executive Council (FEC) on the recommendation of Mr. President on March 31 2004.

Its functions amongst others include the responsibility to create a legal and institutional framework for securing computer systems and networks in Nigeria and protecting critical information infrastructures in the country.

Terms of Reference
ImageUpon the inauguration of the NCWG in March 2004, Mr. President outlined specific responsibilities and work functions which the Group should aim at achieving within its life cycle.
